Hey everyone!  eScape was just officially announced as part of the Koldcast TV family.

Anyone else in here working with them?  They're amazing people, all of them.  It's the first time I've ever felt "hugged" by an LLC.  Just standup businessmen and women!

Here's our page: http://www.koldcast.tv/show/escape

Official launch is Thursday, with our complete first season, then episodes weekly after that.

Just checked the site-- by "Kids" you mean "Teen"?  Darn.... little kids and family still left out....  Damn, we are the niche of a niche within a niche.

Great info. Thanks, Mike. Did not know KCTV had connections with those other platforms, and a future relationship with cable TV is definitely intriguing as well.

Nope. "KIDS" - they have yet to implement it, but the founder informed me that eScape was the catalyst to put a KIDS tab so I'm hoping Ruby Skye and Mind's Eye are put there as well--great company to share.  And Recess would fit nicely.

He also informed me that all advertising is reviewed and rated for all audiences.  The demographics they get are 60% male, and the women who watch are mostly moms!  So the ads are tailored as such, and they can't differentiate.

@Mike. No hostility. Just wanted to know details of your deal and you're unwilling to share. So I'm letting it go. No big deal and no hostility my friend :)

Pardon for reading it as such.  I thought I'd answered the questions, but I see I may not have been as clear and I apologize.  As with many contracts, part of it is not to disclose too much of our own negotiations.  Suffice to say there are ways to make money with Koldcast.  :)   I recommend anyone interested further contact Koldcast with your concerns, they are very friendly people.  And once you decide you wish to explore the partnership, grab a contract from them and look it over. Tailor it to your needs.

Thanks Mike. I know partnership details are sensitive issues to discuss overall. I'm pro-success and wish your deal with KoldCast much success :)

Thanks Rich - and speaking of partnership - any word on your needs for East coast coverage of WSN Magazine?

I'm open to ideas. What can we do for each other?

Tell me how I can help - delivery? Distribution?  Securing locations for having the mag available?  What strategy works for you?  no rush, just know I'm here for support

Thanks Mike. I'm looking for physical entertainment-focused locations, including camera rental companies, local theaters, audition/casting spots, etc. What do you have access to?

Sounds good - I am on the Schenectady Film Commission with ties to the rest of the region, including east coast casting agencies.  I'm connected to distributors of gear up here. I own and operate a lighting rental company, servicing motion pictures, commercials, music videos produced by companies all over the country.  I have close ties to all of the local theaters, chains and independent, as well as to Activision, Hearst Publications, Metroland (a regional weekly like Village Voice) etc.  It goes on, just name your desired locations and I can probably find a way in if I don't already.

All of the above sounds good. I can mail you a few copies of the next issue for placement at your company. Let's start with that and go from there. Sound good?
