Robert Townsend, Rey Ramsey, and Showtime's 'Resurrection Blvd' creator Dennis Leoni are bringing a Latino web series called 'Los Americans' to computer screens and Internet connected mobile devices worldwide.
'Los Americans' will revolve around a Latino family in L.A. Production has started with Townsend producing under his V Studio banner and Ramsey's One Economy production company. Dennis Leoni will serve as writer/director.
Whitney Port could be hinting at expanding her web series projects when she told Ryan Seacrest during an interview that she's working on some "other things" following the cancellation of her reality show 'The City' on MTV.

Struggling social networking site Myspace has hired former NBC prexy and branded content pimp Ben Silverman for an original dance-oriented web series 'Jerk All-Stars.'
