Steps on Completing/shooting our webs series.

Step 1: Always have fun but be ready to come to set with lines known.

Step 2: Have great lighting/equipment that will allow the film to be at top notch quality. We shot on a 2 Canon 5D.

Step 3: It helps to have practices run before shooting actual scenes.

Step 4: Great vision/writer to be there to let you know what a shot or scene is suppose to feel and be.

Step 5: Treat everyone with respect

Step 6: That is pretty much it...you are well on your way to a hit web series.

(Of course there are many more steps but these are very important!)

Chad: If you're doing it for fun, then its not a lost art. But if you're trying to monetize and make it a business, fun is the last thing you should be thinking about. The business end of this thing isn't glamorous. I've been in meetings all week with a web series I'm executive producing laying out the overall direction of the project on the business end. It's not glamorous, but I believe the end result will be worth it. :)

Fun is such a lost art when making any type of filmed content.

Dont' forget to feed your cast & crew - hungry actors make for distracted characters. :)
