Fox has bought the comedy web series Couple Time for TV broadcast with Ellen Degeneres attached to executive produce under her production banner A Very Good Production. Warner Bros TV will co-produce. 

Couple Time was created by and stars Upright Citizens Brigade sketch performers and real life couple Rachel and Carlyle. The web series, according to Deadline, which first reported the story explores silly things couples do when no one else is around (as in the PG/R rated stuff couples talk about, not the XXX stuff they sometimes do when no one is looking).

Rachel and Carlyle will write and star in the TV project, which explores the life and intimate moments of a young long-term couple living in Los Angeles.

Couple Time will probably air early 2013, but the network has not set any date yet.
