Respected Hollywood Director Tony Scott Commits Suicide, Jumps To Death From San Pedro Bridge, Suicide Note Found At His Office

Tony Scott, a respected Hollywood director who made Top Gun, Taking of Pelham 123 and BMW's web film Beat the Devil is dead!

Scott committed suicide Sunday afternoon by jumping off the San Pedro bridge in California. His body was pulled out of the water by law enforcement and a suicide note was later found at his office.

Scott in 2011 teamed with his brother Ridley Scott (Gladiator) to executive produce episodic web series for Activision's Call of Duty Elite, the new social networking site for players of the Call of Duty video game.
