WSN Member Jamie Berke Gets 'Washington Post' Interview

"Thanks for your support of my captioning advocacy efforts," Jamie Berke, a Washington-based deaf activist wrote in an email to Web Series Network on Saturday. "The article in the first WSN magazine did convince one web series producer to start captioning."

On July 1, 2011 'The Washington Post' interviewed Berke about her efforts to get more web series producers and digital networks to offer closed captioning, she informed WSN in the email.

In WSN's continued support of Berke's cause, we've love to share that story with you.

To read the story go to The Washington Post.

I like that Jamie is selfless and helping put the web series scene out there. Hopefully we can get Jamie her own column on Web Series Mag to keep us in the know on her efforts and progress.
