"Thanks for your support of my captioning advocacy efforts," Jamie Berke, a Washington-based deaf activist wrote in an email to Web Series Network on Saturday. "The article in the first WSN magazine did convince one web series producer to start captioning." On July 1, 2011 'The Washington Post' interviewed Berke about her efforts to get more web series producers and digital networks to offer closed captioning, she informed WSN in the email.
