These traditional workshops don't get it. An aside: I had a student in my last seminar tell me he attended a marketing workshop that encouraged them to copy and paste their urls in people's comment feed. No engaging, no participating in discussions... just straight copy, paste and leave. They are still teaching old school sleazy marketing practices today... and charging people for it.

In every industry workshop, film school, etc, they hammer into your heads, "don't love your projects", with Youtube it's the opposite.
